| Karen is an industry veteran with over two decades of business software experience. She also has a masters degree in business administration as well as a proven track record in systems integration and project management. As the leader of the Technology Services Group (TSG), Karen’s primary focus is on the Peachtree by Sage-Quantam, Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 software packages, which are sold and supported by TSG. She directs all aspects of this business practice, including prospecting, sales, marketing and engagement management. She is responsible for the development and organization of customer training and support services. Karen also leads the management, marketing and sales efforts for an affiliated company of Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP, Pivotal Design Group (PDG). PDG provides consulting and custom development services for the Sage MAS 500 software solution. Throughout her career, Karen has worked in all facets of the software services industry, including system implementation, sales and marketing, educational services and research and development. She has more than 15 years of experience as a manager and business analyst for two professional consulting firms specializing in supply chain management, logistics management and financial control systems software.
Before joining Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP in May 2006, Karen served as the Director of Technology for Duquesne University’s School of Leadership and Professional Advancement. |
