ERP Solution Sales Consultant

Our Technology Services Group has been providing value-added implementation services both within the Greater Pittsburgh Area and on a national basis for over 18 years and is highly respected for its achievements in the business management software community. Our technology services consulting practice is looking for a self-motivated professional to join our team as an ERP Solution Sales Consultant.

We are currently seeking a solution sales consultant to provide assistance to prospective clients during the software selection process. Responsibilities include completing the sales process from beginning to closing in an efficient well-managed process; prospecting for new clients; evaluating business requirements and transforming them into product presentations/demonstrations; and working with management on sales proposal preparation, presentation and negotiation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Business Administration.

• 2-4+ years experience in the execution of complex sales with long sales cycles within the business technology, ideally experience with Sage MAS 90,200,500 accounting/distribution software solutions or other mid-market solutions a plus (Peachtree, Microsoft Great Plains, SAP Business One, or Microsoft Solomon).

• Strong practical understanding of technology, business management, and accounting concepts.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to individuals at all levels of an organization.

• The ability to work on multiple tasks and projects independently or with a team.

• Understanding of Supply chain management information flow helpful.

• Experience in providing telephone, online or onsite technical support.

• Ability to analyze customers' business requirements and objectives, current and future, and tailor the use of the system to meet objectives.

• Respond to prospects in a timely manner.

• Performs related duties as assigned.

While most of our client base is within 100 miles of Pittsburgh, this position may require 25% or more overnight travel.
