Training and Professional Development

Studies have shown initial software training to be only modestly effective in helping to achieve the overall goals of software implementation. Follow-up training is a very effective way to augment the implementation training.

The GYF TSG offers a varied schedule of continuing education courses and hosts frequent user group meetings to assist our clients in maximizing the potential returns on their technology investments.

Continuing Professional Education Courses

TSG professionals conduct ongoing training seminars for a variety of software solutions at both beginner and advanced levels. The small group setting allows participants to cover more information as well as address specific questions unique to their situations. CPE credit is offered to CPAs for these courses.
In addition to these offerings, the TSG consultants can develop a customized course to meet an organization's particular needs. We can tailor a class to help efficiently and effectively integrate new employees or to capitalize on new system functionality.

User Meetings and Special Workshops

Held several times each year, these meetings provide a forum for our clients to network with other users of the software product and offer helpful tips, advice on maximizing the functionality of the application, previews of new software releases and demonstrations of related software products.

User meetings are offered to our clients at no charge. Optional special workshops held after the user meetings provide more detailed instruction on specific modules or product capabilities. There is a registration fee for these workshops.
